Greater efforts will be made to enrich learning methods and content, facilitate the co-development and sharing of course resources, enhance the capacity of full-time and part-time teachers, and explore services supporting smart learning, in order to better serve China’s goal of becoming an education powerhouse and building a learning-oriented society.
At the meeting, the School of Silver Economy was officially launched, and a dedicated “Health, Wellness, Learning, and Travel” section on the national public service platform for education for older adults was simultaneously rolled out.
Speakers included officials from the Ministry of Education and other state agencies, experts from the School of Silver Economy, and representatives from local governments and universities.
