Over the past five decades, educational cooperation between the two countries has seen remarkable progress, particularly in the areas of international student programs, student exchange, language learning, and cultural exchange. Tian said he hopes China and Cyprus will continue their close cooperation, providing more opportunities for Chinese and Cypriot young people to learn from each other, develop abilities and achieve their goals. Tian also said he hopes young people from China and Cyprus will take actions to promote green development, interact more to foster friendship and play a role in global governance.
The forum was jointly organized by the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Cyprus, the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Beijing, the University of International Business and Economics, and Shihezi University.
