On January 11, Vice Education Minister Tian Xuejun met with Chancellor Chan Meng Kam of City University of Macau (CUM).

Tian fully acknowledged CUM’s development and achievements over the last few years, and encouraged CUM to further prepare students into high-calibre patriotic professionals. He urged CUM to strive for greater progress through further cooperation with mainland-based HEIs and building on momentum generated by the Greater Bay Area development plan.

CUM acting president Kong Fanqing reported on the university’s latest developments and future plans.
