As one of its timely responses to the COVID-19 outbreak, the MOE established the MOE-CCNU Mental Health Service Platform to provide telephone and online psychological support to people affected by the epidemic across the country. The service started on February 24, before being manned 24/7 from March 3.

Now, COVID-19 has become a pandemic, threatening the lives and health of Chinese people overseas. As such, the platform has extended its services to assist overseas Chinese and Chinese students studying abroad, who can now seek free professional advice by calling the helpline on 086-010-67440033, or by scanning QR codes below to add the platform’s WeChat account to their contacts.
