On November 27, Minister of Education Chen Baosheng met with Dr. Martina Lubyová, Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic. Both sides exchanged views on matters relating to language teaching, student exchanges, cooperation between higher education institutions in China and in Slovakia, amongst others.

Following the meeting, the two ministers signed the Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Higher Education Diplomas and Degrees between the People’s Republic of China and the Slovak Republic.
