On the morning of January 14, Minister of Education Chen Baosheng met with Michael K. Thomas, President of the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE).

The two sides recognized the progress achieved in educational cooperation and exchanges between China and the US since the two nations established diplomatic relations in 1979, and explored how to conduct cooperation in engineering technology education in the future.
