I propose that the Ministry of Education take a lead to integrate the existing 30,000 online courses from 20-odd online platforms into one easy-to-use online platform, to help students acquire, use and share educational resources, especially those from poor families. Incentive policies should be put into place for teachers who offer excellent online courses. A more sophisticated recognition system should be set up for online learning programs.
