Duties and responsibilities:

i. Day-to-day management of the Office of the Leading Group for National Education System Reform;

ii. Coordinating and supporting execution of education plan and connected work;

iii. Proposing fundamental principles, policies and measures for the performance of education system reforms;

iv. Organizing major educational reforms and related tasks;

v. Supervising and inspecting progress made in educational reform pilot projects; and

vi. Awareness raising across the education system.
