Duties and responsibilities:

i. Planning and coordinating ideological and political theory education in HEIs;

ii. Planning and organizing philosophy and social science research in HEIs;

iii. Encouraging HEIs to engage in major national philosophy and social science research projects and providing guidance for the implementation of these projects;

iv. Coordinating the inspection and management of publications of HEIs and institutions directly affiliated to the MOE, and supervising and coordinating TV news networks in the education system.
