On October 23, Minister of Education Chen Baosheng met with Mr. Evarist Bartolo, Maltese Minister for Education and Employment. After commending the successes achieved through educational exchange and cooperation between the two countries, both ministers pledged to implement the bilateral agreement on mutual recognition of higher education degrees, promote cooperation on language teaching, foster greater collaboration between universities in their respective areas of expertise, and deepen educational cooperation in the context of the “Belt and Road ” initiative.
