On the afternoon of April 18, Vice Minister of Education Du Zhanyuan met with Ms. Iselin Nybø, Norwegian Minister of Research and Higher Education. Two sides exchanged views on preschool education policies and preschool teachers training, cooperation on the higher education level and educational collaboration through multilateral mechanisms. An agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas and degrees was signed on the occasion.
